Checkout will say “ready in 30-40 minutes.” Ignore it.

SpotOn shows that estimate on every order, including pre-orders. Your turkey is not ready in 30 minutes — it is ready on the date and pickup window you choose at checkout, and not before. Please come at your selected time.

How It Works

Three steps to a smoked holiday

Order online

Pick your turkey and your pickup slot on our SpotOn page, and pay ahead so your spot on the pit is locked in. The cart’s “30–40 minutes” estimate does not apply to pre-orders — your slot is the date and time you select.

We confirm

You’ll get a confirmation showing the pickup day and window you chose — that is when your turkey is ready. Questions or changes? Call us at (469) 649-7595.

Pick it up

Swing by 307 W Hwy 66 during your window. Whole turkeys come with reheat instructions; Thanksgiving-morning birds come straight off the pit.

We only smoke so much. Each window holds a fixed number of birds and closes when the pit is full — order early.

Your turkey is ready at the window you pick — not 30 minutes after checkout, whatever the cart says.
