Catering Info

1 meat, 2 sides $14 per person

2 meat, 2 sides $16 per person

3 meat, 2 sides $18 per person

Extra sides: $2 per person

Cutlery, plates, napkins: $1.50 per person

Drinks, cups, ice: $2 per person

Choice of meat: Brisket, Pulled pork, Turkey, Sausage, Pork Ribs (extra $1 per person)

Choice of sides: Potato Salad, Mac and cheese,Green beans, Brisket Beans, Cole slaw, Chips

Choice of drinks: Unsweet tea, sweet tea, lemonade, water

This includes: Pickles, Onions, and Sauce

Catering prices are for a minimum of 30 people.

Catering delivery requires 50+ people at catering pricing, with $50 delivery fee. Setup is optional, and is $30 upon request. Setup will consist of disposable racks, pans, and sterno to keep food heated. Guests will serve themselves.

Full service catering requires 100+ people with $150 delivery and setup fee, at catering menu pricing. Includes 1 hour of Smoke Sessions employees serving food to guests, buffet style.
